Blackberry Jam with Pinot Noir & Allspice

Plump blackberries kept mostly whole and mulled with allspice until set, this is our “winter warmer” in a jar. “Vanilla-scented & clove-laced” allspice mixed with a light bodied pinot noir with natural notes of spice combine to make a lovely pair with the fruity blackberry. We love this jam paired with a charcuterie board featuring (our favorite... from North Country Charcuterie) or tucked into your holiday baking projects or candy making.
